Confluence Trading Tools LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates confluencetradingtools.com and the associated dashboard at app.confluencetradingtools.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Email address	Provided at sign-up. Used for authentication (magic link login), delivering briefing emails, and account communications.
Payment info	Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data	Pages visited, features used, and timestamps. Collected via server logs and Vercel Analytics. No third-party trackers.
Device info	Browser type, operating system, and screen size — standard HTTP headers. Used for debugging and responsive design.

We do not collect or process any financial account numbers, brokerage credentials, or trading activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

Deliver the Service — authenticate you, send briefing emails, display your dashboard.
Process payments — manage subscriptions via Stripe.
Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features.
Communicate — send transactional emails (login links, billing receipts) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed authentication tokens, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Delete your data — request account deletion and we will remove your data within 30 days.
