These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Confluence Trading Tools website, dashboard, email briefings, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Confluence Trading Tools LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change applies to their plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the Service's content (briefings, scanner data, analysis) without written permission.
Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service outside of normal browser use.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, data, analysis, and software provided through the Service are owned by Confluence Trading Tools LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use.

5. Not Investment Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or in any similar capacity. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance of any analysis, score, or signal does not guarantee future results.

6. No Guarantees

Market data, scores, scanner results, and AI-generated analysis are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confluence Trading Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and disclaimers) will survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
